Well …
I had good intentions.
The progress on my website is coming along. Lately I have been working on the store front, which is going to be hosted by a different provider than the main website. Not a big deal, just means that I had to do design work there, as well as all the nuts and bolts of setting up a store. So, I had plans tonight of working on my punch list of details and trivia to get all my little duckies in a row.
But then I discovered that a friend of mine had recently purchased a DVD of a group called Leahy (www.Leahymusic.com) that they let me watch. Yeah. So much for the punch list.
This is a family of 8 from Canada who perform together – step dancing, fiddling, playing piano, and more. I AM HOOKED. I just get mesmerized. It is a really amazing thing to watch highly skilled performers, especially when you see so plainly they enjoy it – their spirits are shining in their faces and their souls aren’t exactly pouting either!
It makes me celebrate my God all over again to see the amazing complexity of His creation in the form of humanity.
Ok, back to work … really …
Megan – congratulations on the launch of your business!! I look forward to listening to your teaching and ideas in the very near future. I’m still navigating through Arthur’s teachings and trying to get my bearings. When I visited CA, I believe I mentioned the Leahy family to Arthur. I have seen them twice and they are worth the time and money to see in person. I am guessing they are all believers which came out in their comments. Their parents did a wonderful job! I hope you get to see them in concert some time. Donnell’s wife (Natalie McMaster) tours by herself and does the same thing and is also worth the price of admission. Blessings to you and your work!
